20 out of 100 Running out of Ideas
Michael from Dublin, 04 Jun 2008
Absolutely loved Shaun of the Dead, thought Hot Fuzz was good fun, this is worth a watch but not as good as the others. Schwimmer as Director could be to blame but cameos by Stephen Merchant and David Walliams were wasted as they could have added so much more I am sure. Worth a watch if there is nothing else on but not a must see!

Funny in places but not a patch on any of Simon Peggs projects

Mary from Galway, 27 Feb 2010
A comedy gem.Plenty of giggles, the usual Simon Pegg speciality cringeworthy moments and great performances, including the ever brilliant Dylan Moran and Hank Azaria.I couldn't believe it was directed by David Schwimmer(Ross from Friends)He should do more directing. A very pleasing way to pass a couple of hours, though it is necessary to leave your brain outside the door.

Was expecting a very funny comedy but it was average. Predicatable in places and the ending was definitely staring at you in the face throughout the film. Some funny moments bu disappointed and didnt even watch it properly (read sunday newspaper at same time).

40 out of 100 Very Good
John from Donegal, 02 Dec 2008
A prat who jilts his pregnant Girlfriend at the alter, later regrets it and tries to win her back. Really liked this film, despite the ridiculous plot. Simon Pegg plays his usual type of Boy/Man, Cool but uncool character. Very funny

40 out of 100 Enjoyable comedy
Aisling from Galway, 16 Jun 2008
Although robbing gags and ideas from all over the place (little Britain to name one). This is an enjoyable and not too sickly comedy. Pegg is great but Dylan Moran really shines by being more subtle than expected - worth seeing.

Not a bad movie. Gentle entertainment. Easy way to pass an hour or so.
