50 out of 100 Good movie
Istvan from Dublin, 14 Dec 2007
it's an extremely good depiction of humanity and the psycological behavior of children left alone without guidance. The acting was wonderful, and I'm sure anyone who sees it will agree that that kind of situation is difficult to imagine let alone act out especially with the actors being so young. I recommend this movie for anyone looking for a creepy survival story.

45 out of 100 good movie
gerard from Dublin, 16 Nov 2007
I have heard of this book but never knew what it was about but rather than read the book i took the lazy option and watched the film. Its a good film, a bit disturbing in parts and i found myself getting very angry watching some parts also. If you dont feel sorry for the little fat kid your a cold hearted b*****d
