5 out of 100 What were they thinking
Mark from Dublin, 31 Jan 2011
Cracking idea but poorly delivered and woeful acting by all concerned just so the current vampire film frenzy means that everyone with so much as a half baked idea about vampires gets an audience and a budget this is just a good example that there is a lot of dire absolute rubbish out there how far sam neil and defoe have fallen dont believe Hawke had that far to go in reality unless your a complete vampirte freak avoid at all costs. I just wish they had minus points, worse movie in two years comfortably and that is saying something.

15 out of 100 Broken promise
Hugo from Dublin, 27 Jul 2010
The dystopic idea behind this film is as interesting and promising as it could be. However, as the movie progresses it fails to deliver. The plot is weak and suffers from a lack of ambition, offering one common place after another. Having said that, the cinematography is impeccable, it has great special effects and a couple of well achieved scares, but the blood bath is at times excessive (even for a vampires movie!).

25 out of 100 Good

Good Vampire Flic. Vampires outnumber humans in this futuristic world. What will they do when they run out of human blood and is being a vampire and having everlasting life better than being a mere mortal...?

30 out of 100 Yet another vampire movie!
Paul from Sligo, 12 Dec 2010
I love them and I have seen most of them. This one has a new take on the whole genre and is ok. Best I can say I'm afraid just about worth the trip back to the post office.

John from Dublin, 21 Jan 2011
Pretty good dark action movie with a vampire twist. Some elements of the plot bordering on being a bit too convenient at times but pretty good overall.
