Priscilla is the bus! The story revolves around the three main characters- drag artists of varying age and their journey across Australia to do a show for one of the character's wife's hotel.It is good fun.Outrageous costumes with totally O.T.T. acting from Guy Pierce and a gentle touching performance from Terrence Stamp.I felt it gave a good insight into those men who dress up and look for all the world as if they're having a great life-and yet are as fragile as the rest of us.

A great laugh. Amazing costumes. A typical fish out of water story but with social comment regarding prejudice and all done with typical Aussie humour.

Had remembered this film from years ago as extremely funny - I suppose it has dated a bit - a nice film but not too memorable.
