Lucy (Kate Hudson) hasn't found the right man yet, until she meets Adam (Stuart Townsend), who embodies everything she's been looking for--charm, style and a romantic flair! But she's not the only one who falls under his charismatic spell! To her bookish sister Laura, Adam is a poet with a dark hidden secret who helps motivate her to finish her thesis. The brother, David, finds Adam to be just the guy to help him out of his rut with this girlfriend. But the cynical sister Alice sees Adam as a manipulative storyteller and believes there is something "About Adam" that everyone should know

Robert from Wexford, 03 Jul 2007
You'll like this one. Adam is able to give every female just what she needs. You want to hate him but he's cute and just trying to be helpful. A light girly movie. -Mrs. Robert

10 out of 100 Disappointing
Gail from Dublin, 11 Jun 2007
Not much substance to the film, and it was pretty anticlimactic. The lead did not have the charisma to carry off his role.

10 out of 100 Boring
Jennifer from Monaghan, 05 Mar 2008
Generally, I'm not the type of person to give up on a film very easily. It took me several attempts to watch this and only because it was a Saturday and the rugby was on. It was ok but didn't really have any redeeming qualities, I wouldn't even call it a good mindless (something u don't even have to think about when watching) film.

5 out of 100 Dreary
Melanie from Tipperary, 30 Aug 2007
The only good thing about this movie is Tommy Tiernan and he only made a couple of brief appearances. As for the rest of the characters ... you really couldn't care less.

Stiofan from Clare, 24 Jun 2010
I am not sure which movie the other reviewers were watching but my wife an I watched it twice so far and will watch it again sometimes. It is entertaining, fun and exhilarating. It is a good watch for a Saturday night. One might not like all he characters but the acting is good and the story interesting.

0 out of 10 About Adam
Julie-Ann from Dublin, 30 Jan 2008
Probably the worst film I ever saw, although Stuart Townsend is very hot in it extremely bad acting and Kate Hudson doing an irish accent?? Not good.........Honestly don't rent this
