On a laughter scale, Blake Edwards's 10, a spicy comedy of manners, morals and mid-life crises, hits the top. It's a film of many moods, sometimes sexy, sometimes thoughtful, sometimes slapstick - but always on target.
That target is 42-year-old composer George Webber, a man who has everything - and who may just chuck it all in an obsessive quest for a beautiful woman he glimpses en route to her wedding.

10 gets zero

Thought this film was really bad. Very disappointed. Bo Derek is stunning but the story line was boring and predictable. Boring !
10 gets a big fat zero from me.

Dumb but sweet mid-life crisis comedy
John from Dublin, 24 Feb 2008
Dudley Moore is a composer depressed about the onset of middle age and struggling to settle down with his long-term girlfriend. A chance meeting with a beautiful young bride tips him over the edge and he goes on a bender of brandy and painkillers before following the honeymooning couple to Mexico in the hope of romance. The plot is light and predictable and the dialogue and attitudes dated, but decent performances, some good jokes and the gorgeous Bo Derrick rescue the film somewhat.
